By booking an appointment or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms:
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT. We accept payment by card, Vipps, and other available payment methods.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee.
Booking and Cancellation
When you book an appointment with us, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Failure to attend without prior cancellation may result in being charged the full amount.
Products and Returns
We want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from us! The following rules apply for returns:

Return deadline: 14 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned.

Return shipping: The customer covers the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Complaints
If a product is damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase/receipt to file a complaint. We only replace items that are incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
Privacy Policy
We handle your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and only use it to manage appointments and improve our services.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or other costs related to delays or misuse of our services and products.
